Waretown Car Wash

Review: I paid for a full-service car wash, $11.00 with my debit card, entered the automatic car wash, and the machine stopped working as soon as I entered the stall. Because the unit had stopped in front of my car, I had to back out of the stall. There were two cars behind me, which left as I backed out.I immediately called the following number, [redacted], and spoke to a lady who took a message and said the owner would call me back. She also said he is very good about contacting customers who have this problem and assured me the owner would call me (I left my home phone number with her). Since leaving this message with her I have not received any call back from the owner of this car wash nor have I seen a refund in my bank account.I found a phone number on the Internet and have left two separate voicemails on this number. I also contacted the original phone number and left one voicemail plus again spoke to the same lady who again assured me that the owner would call me back.The owner has not attempted to return my phone calls, nor, as previously stated, have I seen a refund of my money to my bank account.Desired Settlement: An immediate and full refund, %11.00, to my bank account!
