site was what she wanted. In the beginning, we took a uniquely designed website and fitted it on a Wordpress platform, as we explicitly described to her. Wordpress is a powerful platform and would allow for her to make the daily changes she needed to make to operate her business. From the beginning, we let her know that a site such as this would require daily interaction, new content, and a dedicated effort to grow into a successful revenue generator. From a unique design, we made the site, to her specifications, with user access levels, payment processing, blogging capabilities, and more. Every aspect that was covered in the agreement was met. Beyond that, we spent the extra time to complete all of her edit lists and even hosted the site for free for several months beyond the original agreement to try and make everything right for her. The goal was for her to be posting daily, reaching out to her students and fans, providing valuable information "in the industry." We spent dozens of hours on the phone going over every aspect of the site so she could manage it fully. In the end, we don't know what stopped her from posting, creating content, and spreading the word, since the site was live and fully functional, accepting payments, etc. Since I am not familiar with this process, please let me know what you need from us.
