our recordsWe did not dispute this issue with the consumer in our email sent below, but instead, out of goodwill we offered a resolution. We have not received a return email from the consumer. As outlined in our email to the consumer we do not have an address in order to resolve the issue. This is a result of not having a customer order on recordWe do sell 100% of our products on ***. We also believe that there may be times that our products are damaged when shipped. Again, our products are shipped by ***, therefore complaints are usually handled by ***. We are more than willing to resolve this issue even though we do not have any record of receiving this orderHowever we must receive the customer’s email address if and when the consumer responds to our email.We would like to resolve this issue immediately. Please advise
Review: I ordered a lunchbox and after 4 weeks had not received it. I called number on website and got a message they would call me back. After 4 messages within a week I received no call. I then attempted to email them and it was undeliverable due to their mailbox being full. I read messages to them on [redacted] saying no one was returning calls or emails. They updated their website and phone number is incorrect. I had to file a claim with [redacted] and I'm hoping to get my money back. People need to know about this business and lack of customer service as well as if you order online you don't receive your order!Desired Settlement: I want my money back or the lunchbox I ordered.
