I just put a new gas fireplace in my home using Warm Hearth Heating Center in Maple Ridge, BCI could not be happier with the service and product!! Lisa was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! The gas guy Mike was also awesome!! They were a great company and people to do business with and I would highly recommend them!!
I recently bought a fireplace thru Warm Hearth and found the entire process frustrating and regretfulThe person I dealt with at Warm Hearth was unprofessional and disorganisedI had to constantly phone her to get a response, source my own product and submit the model numbers to them for quote, chase them via phone to finally get that quote and then got overbilled and had to phone several times to rectify and to change method of payment, only to be told that it my fault for not calling as soon as the fireplace was installedMaking assumptions and not taking responsibility for making incorrect assumptions is poor business practiceA company should not be charging a customer's credit card before first confirming that everything was done and all items sold were installedI had to phone several times to have the charge reversed and method of payment changed and a revised invoice sent with the new reduced amountDoing business here was frustrating and I really regret not going elsewhere
