Warm Sun Photography

We enjoyed our Cake Smash photo session recently with our photographer Michelle in Los Angeles. She took adorable photos of our little girl for her first birthday. We were very please with the props she brought and delighted that we could do this outside in a safe environment. I would recommend Warm Sun Photography for any birthday photos.

I just wanted to post a quick review of Warm Sun Photography and our photography Michael. We took our photos at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco to celebrate our newest family member that will be arriving any day! The photos are absolutely gorgeous. Michael took the time to photograph our maternity photos along with some stunning family photos and photos of our girls too! We never thought we could get so much variety in a short time. You can tell he is a true professional . We are going to be purchasing all of these and displaying them proudly in our home.

We had such a nice time with our photographer Melanie. She was patient with our little two year old. Even through her mask she made her giggle. We absolutely love the way the photos turned out and highly recommend her!

We arrived early and met her at the designated spot. She was very careful with social distancing and assured us that she would keep her mask on. That made us relax and then the fun began. She had lots of toys and tricks and that entertained our little one. I had no idea photography could be so fun. She really has a way with kids. My husband and I also got photos taken with her individually and some special photos of just our daughter. I know we are going to cherish these for years to come. I will be enlarging some to canvas prints as well.

We always have a fun time with Michael. He does magic tricks for our kids and they truly enjoy jokes. The photos are always very professional and we look forward to our sessions every year. He has truly helped document our family. Thanks so much.

We received communication via email that there was a problem with the customers order.  We regret that her unedited files were sent to her by error the first time, but the retouched files were sent on 11/25/15. As we have not heard anything more from her we assume that the files...

were received and the customer is now satisfied. We hope this matter can now be considered resolved and if the customer needs anything further she can contact us any time.

I am rejecting this response because:I have never received the corrected form. I even sent the company an email...

on 3/31/17 asking when was the form sent and offered them to send me a PDF of the form by email (since they must have one for their records, if they filled it) and I can submit that to my accountant. I got no response to that email. I am attaching a screenshot of that email.It is important to mention that form is called 1099-MISC, not W9 as the company's manager was stating in the answer given to Revdex.com. Forms W-9 are to forms to get information from the contractor by the company (I am not and never have been a contractor for this company), payments to these contractors are reported on form 1099-MISC (Which is why I should have never been issued the form 1099-MISC to begin with! I was just getting a refund). I honestly don't think they sent it, especially if they did not even got the name of the form right.Maybe they can send a PDF or JPEG copy of the corrected form 1099-MISC (with 0.00 marked on box seven and the corrected box checked) to Revdex.com, that way Revdex.com can forward that information to me.
