My sister had booked this limo company for her wedding day September 24th 2016. It was to arrive at 1:30 to bring her from the hotel to the ceremony. At 1:40 I called the main number and spoke to the manager who says he called us (on her cell phone) that morning and she cancelled. There was no phone call received on our end so there was no way she could have cancelled. He said he couldn't send a limo because he didn't have any because she cancelled. Which she didn't. I asked who he spoke to for this supposed cancellation and he said he didn't know. And I said so you would take a cancellation from some random person for a limo booked for someone's wedding day. He tried arguing. And said he would figure it out and call me back. We ended up having the grooms limo sent to us and so I called and told him not to worry about it. All in all this was a terrible experience.
