Not a customer friendly company. Only out for themselves, they loss a large number of customers the day they shutdown Asherons Call and left a loyal following out in the cold. - plus down right deceitful, had folks purchase unlimited accounts ,knowing they would shutdown.. whelped sooner or later companies like this the last to long in the gaming market. Will end up burning one to many bridges.

WB's Game Of Thrones Conquest is a POORLY created and updated game. Forcing ALL players to dish out 100s if not 1000s of dollars just to stay alive.
Many players are forced to dish out a large sum of real time money just to keep their characters from being completely destroyed. The Packs offered in game are extremely pricey and the only ones of value are $99.99. If you are an active player you are going to be spending this amount WEEKLY if not multiple times a week and month just to stay current in the game. If you forget to shield and are not above 100 million power in the game, forget even playing because your character will be zeroed and you will have to start over. There are a number of game glitches and errors causing players to loose real money, in game gold and resources on a daily basis. When you submit tickets to WB they either take forever to respond or compensate you with a minimal amount of in game gold even if it was a massive game glitch that caused the error, the compensation doesn't come close to what it should be. The updates cause the game to glitch or lag ALL THE TIME. There are hundreds of kingdoms with hundreds of players, each spending no less than $100.00 per month! that is an astronomical amount of money spent. THIS GAME ALTHOUGH I LOVE PLAYING IT! IS A RIP OFF! WB IS ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY. WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND THEY DON"T REFUND YOU OR TELL YOU TO GO TO GOOGLE FOR A REFUND, THEN GOOGLE REPRESENTATIVES DON'T REFUND YOU OR HELP YOU! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP!! I personally have spend thousands on the game and I have played many PVP games and none of them even compare to what you spend on this game, plus once you buy a game or packs in other games the game runs flawlessly! GOT CONQUEST DOES NOT~

Desired Outcome

I have sent in multiple tickets to QB and Google and NONE OF WHICH HAVE BEEN REFUNDED~ I am astonished at the lack of customer service. I want a full refund for every single purchase.

Software developers are not resolving errors within the game Game of Thrones Conquest and consumers are being taken advantage of. This game should be removed because it does not function according to standards and in-game errors only cause you to purchase more.

Game of Thrones conquest game is glitching
I play the game regularly and have spent over $500 on it. Yesterday, I was playing the game and made a move that required me to use a shield again so I dont get attacked. At that very moment I was attacked many many many times and lost it all. I have requested CS help and they only gave me a very very small portion of what I lost. because of the glitch I lost it all. It was a product error and I deserve to get everything I lost back

Desired Outcome

i want my 300,000 soldiers back. They costed about $300 which amounted to thousands of hours training them, abnout 66 million food and other items needed to train them. Just replace the soldiers and the 11 million food used to heal the wounded ones.

Why was this closed? It wasn't fully resolved

My complaint is about the crashes that this game (Game of Thrones Conquest) has. Would love Warner Bros to put more effort to fix it.
I started playing Game of thrones Conquest around 40 days ago (5/15/19). I was having minor system crashes in the beginning of my game. Afterwards, I was getting stronger and spent some money on packs to level up faster. On (5/22/19) I bought a Resourse Pack which gave me resources to build my account up. It didnt go through so I restart the game four times and entered my information and it still declined. So I waited a few days and tried the same pack on my friend phone and it worked on his, however it didn't work on mine. On (5/29/19) was the date I wanted to throw my phone at the wall because I was getting attacked by a stronger enemy and I couldnt defend myself because of the crashes and reboot I had to do constantly. I lost all my troops and lost over one million in power of my account. Losing troop isn't fun, because it cost more resources like food and wood to get them back. Which is a very difficult to do when the game crashes. I had to spent over five million of my resources to just get my troops back, which I could of done to get my account stronger but the game servicer of *** is trash. Now I have let all of those past issues are over with. I am okay with that because I thought your company would fix it in the past. Now I don't think so and that why I lost more than I have ever did recently. On (6/23/19) was a conclusion of a great PvP event in which I had a Seat of Power and was stronger than I could ever be (***). However it was short lived because I was getting attacked by a clan and I was stuck in the loading screen waiting to respond. I have a Screen shot of this incident, after I reboot the game I saw my account lose its Seat of Power and over 400k troops. I couldn't do anything about it at that point, which leads me to this complaint. I like this game but if the servers can't compete with the flow of people online than what's the point of playing. I like this *** social chat. It lead me to make great and cool people which I don't want to lost a connection with them. I hope this complaint trigger sometimes in you to fix the server. Which could help the game run smoother, because if this game crashes on my again I will delete the app and never return. Which would suck because you are losing a good friend and customer. I have spent around $150 dollars on packs and resources to just compete with the other people in ***.

Desired Outcome

I have invested time and money in this game. Which I enjoy because it keeps me active. I hope Warner Bros find a way to fix this LOW PING server and make it easier and faster to loaded. Also I think the appropriate amount of my complaint is (3)Three Festival of the Father Daily Delivery Pack (total gold value *** x 3 in-game). Which is reasonable because I bought 2 to resource my troops and the extra 1 is for the very poorly server you are offering us. This could be a great maybe amazing game, but it will always be second best if the game crashes and low ping activity and system errors. If this is not fix I would happily take my funds and supply your competitor with it.

Game of thrones conquest has been having issues with the server and it crashes on me. I deserve to be compensated for this headache you call a server.
I recently bought a pack for $20 and an hour later the game crashed on me and I didn't have a chance to bubble my keep and I couldn't connect back instantly. Which means my keep was vulnerable to attacks and I couldn't get on to fix that issue. I'm spending money on your game and I think I deserve to be compensated for that issue I just ran into. I can provide screenshots of errors I ran into and I believe that's enough to prove my case. With that issue I ran into that $20 would have been a waste not because I carelessly wasted it by not playing correctly, it could have been wasted because your server had an issue and I could have lost everything. I think being compensated is necessary.

Desired Outcome

I believe I deserve to be compensated by getting in game currency like *** gold or get compensated via refund of the money I spent or in game packs.

Dc comics started an online streaming service and sold memberships at 80 dollars and I was then promised access to their content well I can't get on the app so I said refund and they said all sales final and I said yeah if the product worked that would be one thing but it doesn't the whole web is upset that this is not working and dc is like to bad all sales final that's a huge scam

False expectation is what we were given. You sold us snake oil, empty promises. I renewed my contract with you because of this promise so why is it legal for you to ignore that fact? They offered a 50 year Lifetime subscription to Asheron's Call so I purchased 10 of them, they shut the game down shortly after. So they offered this to get as much money as they could before they closed. Misleading people.

Horrendous treatment of customers, going back on their word. They destroyed a community for corporate greed.

WB took a game Asheron's Call and shut it down after people had bought life time subscriptions with the promise it would be open for player run servers when it was closed by the company offically. WB took the money and ran and left thousands of players without a game they enjoy to play.

Very poor business practices. After charging for lifetime subscriptions to the online game Asheron's Call, they shut down the servers debieing access to everyone who had bought the subscription with zero word, reason or reply to the multitude of complaints. After the community of the game gave bad reviews, the removal of the review system just shows, to me, that they know a huge mistake had been made and are now covering it up.

The way you have handled the destruction of one of the best MMO's of all time "Asherons Call" is sickening, The players were promised the game would never shut down, we were sold "50" year subscriptions, and they were also promised that they could take over the game eventually and have player ran services, if they chose to shut the game down. The fact that you cannot provide any information to a player base that has been loyal subscribers to this game for decades is pathetic. So this company gets 1 star reviews from now until the end of time.

Warner Brothers has flat out lied to the customers.

They bought a company that specialised in online video games that made income through a subscription based service.

They have since proceeded to sell the company and shut down the servers for the game known as Asheron's Call. The event that led to this was them making the game "free to play" aka F2P. Thus they no longer make money off it.

They now must be counting it as a tax write off or loss, since they are obviously making no money from it. Surely there is some law against this. If McDonald's suddenly started giving all their food away would it be acceptable for the tax payers to have to reimburse them? I hope not.

They also promised to give the fan community the ability and resources to run the game ourselves, they lied and never did this.

Furthermore, the fans did this anyway and were subsequently threatened by Warner Brothers for simply doing what they promised us we could do anyway.

We have been paying thousands of dollars for this game over the last two decades. At 12.95 a month for many years with multiple accounts per person some of us should be partial owners of the game at this point.. Perhaps not BUT we are entitled to a response and a reason for this happening, both of which Warner Brothers has denied us.

Please take action so that we can either move on with our lives or work on restoring this game to an active status. Players are willing to host the servers and run the game for Warner Brothers completely free of charge yet they continue to just suck money from tax payers by claiming it as a loss, or whatever hidden reason they refuse to reveal to the public. It is suspicious and worthy of investigation at the least.

They have even gone so far as to remove the review section of their Facebook page. If you have nothing to hide this makes little sense.

At one point Warner Brothers offered lifetime subscriptions to Asheron's Call. Shortly thereafter they shut the servers down and kept all the money. Before the shut down the players of Asheron's Call were promised private servers then that was quietly squashed. Recently emulated Asheron's Call servers have received cease and desist letters. Warner Brothers has no intention of upholding the agreement of a lifetime subscription and refuses to allow its players to continue to play the game they paid for and were willing to pay for, for years to come.

I am really displeased with WB's handling of the Asheron's Call franchise. They decided to shut down the MMO videogame Asheron's Call after 17 years of service.

They sold LIFETIME subscriptions to users, and promised to allow player-run private servers, but instead they shut the game down completely and have since refused to communicate with the community. They will not release any news or updates on their plans for this IP.

So now this historically significant videogame has apparently been permanently shuttered, with its remaining loyal playerbase turned away, even though WB has indicated no desire to leverage this property for any future business venture.

They should be forced to honor their promises, especially the lifetime subscriptions they sold to customers in bad faith and trickery.

WB, I hope you will have the decency to revisit your decisions regarding Asheron's Call.

I placed an order for 5 films on 7/12/17 Order # *** for a total of
$67.18
I received said films at different times. When I received the steelbook "Gran Torino" I noticed it was damaged. So I called in and got a customer service rep to email me a FedEx shipping label. So I drove 15 minutes to the closest FedEx office. Relayed tracking # available upon request. to the same WBShop customer service rep. I know I should have requested a full refund for the damaged steelbook film, but the wbshop rep assured me he'd speak with the shipping warehouse to ship said film in a box and not a paper envelope, and I be fully satisfied with my purchase. So I trusted WB Shop to make it right. When I received the Steelbook blu ray "Gran Torino" it was damaged in the vary same area of the steelbook. A deep bash to the upper left of the face of the steelbook. So I called and complained, I was assured I'd receive a refund. I have an email to support this. So I returned damaged steelbook paying for return shipping myself, with the USPS
tracking # available upon request. I checked and WB received the damaged steelbook back over 3 business days ago. Now they refuse to issue me a refund for said steelbook $19.98
I'm a disabled veteran and a little money means more to me than most people.
I would appreciate any consideration in this matter. Please let me know if you require any further information.

They shipped it to me twice, both times in damaged condition.First time it could have been damaged in transit.
