Or at least that's what I learned. I have had issues with a game accredited to WB Play, owned by Warner Brothers. I have had two issues for weeks, and due to the first issue not being solved, the only "help" I received from customer service was something I already tried, I lost a lot of my in game items.
When I complained about it on the contact us on the site, I was jerked around for weeks by people who either did not understand me, or cut and paste something not helpful from the help site.
When I finally got someone who understood, I was told that since I earned those items by myself and did not pay for them, they would not replace them.
If you don't pay, you don't matter!
