Or at least that's what I learned I have had issues with a game accredited to WB Play, owned by Warner Brothers I have had two issues for weeks, and due to the first issue not being solved, the only "help" I received from customer service was something I already tried, I lost a lot of my in game items When I complained about it on the contact us on the site, I was jerked around for weeks by people who either did not understand me, or cut and paste something not helpful from the help site When I finally got someone who understood, I was told that since I earned those items by myself and did not pay for them, they would not replace them
I was assured by of their customer service representatives that I would be compensated for the inconvenience I went through and was not
Their mobile game mortal kombat x has an in game currency called"souls"You can purchase these with real money to acquire better items in the gameI made a purchase which promises soulsThey however vanished while I was chargedThis purchase was made late August 5th which was a FridayI emailed them about the issue at exactly 12:a.mAugust 6th SaturdayI then later called them that sane say to speak with a representative about the issue and they requested to see the receiptWhich I complied and from there I was told the issue would be forwarded to their escalation department which apparently does not work on the weekends for some reason but there customer service doesNot happy about it, I waited until Monday to see if I had received what I paid for and still nothingSo I called again and spoke we with customer serviceThis
