I am the customer and paid for service at my daughter's mo ike home at [redacted] *** [redacted] ***The service record is on that address but under [redacted] (recent name change for me since first visit) I am the one who calls and who reported and scheduled repairs etc.I do have another attachment re text to my daughter/harrassment from employee looking for drugs(She never met him)

To Whom it may concern, The Dates are actually incorrectWe first met with *** Adjuster on December 22, on Jan 5, materials were dropped off at propertyOn Jan 9th is when we completed with the roof. We have all documentsOn Jan22, we contacted insurance again
to get skylights covered for *** ***. On Feb 16,we was in contact with the insurance to get *** *** siding and skylights covered, we had to wait for approval to get that startedApproval was made on Feb 18, We never once had a issue or complaint from Maya until around May We met with *** *** in our office on 6-26-to collect payment from us that she overpaid., she never once mentioned that she had any issuesshe signed final documents and went on her way. Maya has all paperwork needed in her paperwork from the insurance company, as this was a insurance claimif needed I would be happy to send her all her insurance documentations. The Roof Doctor has not received a call from Maya Daniels stating she has a leak, We would have been out there and got the problem fixedWhen we was working on this project *** *** would only let us have access to her house after 1pm due to her having to sleepand would only allow us a few hours a day to get the work done., and there was only certain days we could come, so this did make the work prolong for some time. We went above and beyond to accommodate her schedule with no complaint about company profit losses due to multiple unnecessary tripsThis customer has went out of her way to continue to file multiple complaints to the Revdex.com on the same issue, same complaintWe are very unhappy with the way Revdex.com is handling this The Revdex.com needs to investigate complaints better before firing the 3rd complaint at us on the same issue. Most of contact was made in beginning through *** *** mother. *** *** did not call us on 2-1-15, 3-1-14, 4-1-making such complaintsThis project started out not being covered by insurance, until The Roof Doctor got involvedWe got this whole claim covered for *** ***Even after she has other companies out at her propertyThere was endless hours spent working on her insurance adjustment "free of charge". We do request that from here on out *** *** contact us via Email at [email protected] so we can keep exact logPlease do not call us by phone, all correspondence needs to be made in emailEmails are read during business hours, 8am to 5pm Monday Through Friday *** *** needs to email us, not 3rd party communication. We will always take care of any workmanship issues within the scope of the work Scope of work is dictated by the insurance company. Once again we will honor all workmanship warranties, but we will not continue to sit here writing disputes back and forth with the Revdex.com on the same issueThe Revdex.com needs to get this dispute settled properly without letting multiple complaints come through on same issue. They will not be able to come out until Wednesday to complete the work so at this time it is not resolved and I have no paperwork showing what was to be doneHopefully by next week this will be done and closedAnd may I add, had the work been done in August when I first placed the call, they wouldn't need to place blame and say I couldn't be home to make sure it was heatedRegardless of if it was "free" or not, taking forever to return calls and complete a job is not a way to keep customersHad it been done in August/September, it would have been warm enough to complete the job and it never would have gone this far

We have been in contact with this customer. She left no message yesterday for a return call. The drywall portion was not part of the scope of work. It was performed as a free service. The peeling was due to the paint work performed in very cold temperature ,as the homeowner
could not be there to let the area be heated. After peeling it was worked on again no charge. We have had issues coordinating time around her schedule. Any roofing warranties (other than the cap) only if it was untouched, are void as the customers roof suffered wind damage that another contractor performed the work to. We are willing to do another seal paint coat on the drywall area but it will not be listed as a charged, or warrantied item as this was a free service. Paperwork can be completed once the customer is willing to sing off as complete. She will need to be present to redo painting work. Our office will be closed until Monday May 15th for Ohio State Tax preparation. We will return all messages within 1-hrs
