Review: I made an order on June **, 2015 5:30:46 AM PDT for an album that was never delivered. At the time, I was living in Arizona but between the time it was ordered and the time it was mailed I moved. I did set up forwarding with the [redacted], however, the package was returned to sender. I contacted customer service about it and received the following email.

Request Update Request ID: [redacted]

Hello Mike,

This address has been updated. As the picture disc is being sent later, there should be no issues with that.

Contacting our warehouse team to reship the CD, they informed me that stock of the CD is currently backordered. We can send the replacement shipment as soon as more copies are available. Would you like to wait for more copies to arrive or would you rather a refund for the CD portion?

To this, on Sept [redacted] 2015 at 10:10 am, I replied that I would wait until it is back in stock.

On October [redacted] 2015, I followed up with the following email which was never responded to.

Hey John,

This is getting a little ridiculous. I know it's not your fault but it's almost November man, I ordered this the first day it was available. Can you look into it please?

Since that point I have made two more attempts to contact them via their "contact us" form on their site at the URL below and have received no response. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would really just like what I ordered. If this is not possible, I understand but must insist that the money be refunded.

Review: This company is bogus. On the first day the album 24 Karat Gold was available for preorder, I placed my order. literally within several minutes from the moment it went "live"

Many people are already getting their orders who ordered AFTER me, but I got a email saying my order was backordered. Which is bogus. The orders were oviously not filled in the order they were made.

Meanwhile the company made several authorizations on my credit card, proving it was a legitimate credit card. I have a Chase Bank credit card. Not an ATM debit card.

Finally, today, I got a email saying they are canceling my order because they went to authorize it again and Chase declined it. I am not surprised! They probably authorized my card so many times in the last couple months that my bank declined it. I double checked and the account is up to date, and I have plenty of credit available.

This company also does not reply to emails concerning the orders.I emailed them several days ago to FIX the backorder issue and never heard back. They do not have a telephone number either for contact.

They should be shut downDesired Settlement: I want the CD lithograph bundle AND the Vinyl record I ordered. The lithograph was marketed as limited edition of only 2000, and I preordered nearly instantly.

I spoke with [redacted] over the phone on 9/** to review how we handled preorders. At the time of purchase we authorize the customer's credit card to verify funds are available, and some banks require the authorization to occur

every 7 days. These aren't charges. The customer's credit card will not be charged until we ship the item(s). Each authorization is automatically removed within a few days.

I offered a work around for [redacted] so he could use [redacted] to order the album so he can get charged immediately.

He should be all set. If you or [redacted] have any other questions, please let me know.

Review: I placed an order through this company on a specific artists website that I would like to cancel. I've been attempting to contact them for about a week and a half now through the "customer care section" on the website and I have yet to hear back. Review: I was purchasing tickets for the Brett Eldridge concert at the [redacted] theater in [redacted] for myself as well as a friend. On the Warner Music website there is a section where it says VIP. I purchased two VIP tickets for me and my friend. Reading the details of the ticket the VIP ticket says it is a Ticketless package in their defense. However when going to purchase the ticket it has seat selection. In the seat selection it says the seating is general admission, making me believe that I was purchasing not only the ticketless VIP package but a seat as well in general admission. However it turns out that the seating is not part of the package and I would have to spend more money to buy another ticket to attend the concert and to even use the VIP tickets that I had already purchased. Thus the money I spent on the VIP package is wasted because I am not able to attend the concert or use the service that I purchased. This scam and shady misconduct of business does not sit well with me. Several of my other friends made this mistake and no refund or cancellation is available. The $79. 98 I spent was just taken and no service will be provided due to the unethical practice that this company used.Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund of the $79.98 dollars that I wasted on this scam.

Our records show that we have no communication or emails from [redacted] to our helpdesk. If he reached out to us directly we would have been happy to help solve this issue for him. Being that our Ticketless VIP packages are still on sale for this event, we are able to cancel and refund [redacted]'s Ticketless VIP order.

I'm not sure why [redacted] believes that this is an unethical practice. We use the same ticketing system to sell ticket and have made a point to label these packages as ticketless so that fans who already have tickets for the show can buy and participate in the VIP experience rather than bundle it with a ticket order. As displayed very clearly on our site "PLEASE NOTE: These packages DO NOT include a ticket. You must purchase a ticket separately if you wish to participate in the VIP Meet & Greet."

The refund should post back to [redacted]'s account within 3-5 business days. His order is canceled.

Review: I ordered a Halestorm shirt through Atlantic Records' Halestorm Rocks website on 9/*/15. The amount was $30 plus shipping and has been deducted from my account. I received a small package from the company last week with what I thought was the shirt but was instead a packing label and a rubber bracelet from another band.... No shirt. I have since emailed the website's customer service department 3 times with no reply as to what happened to my shirt. There is no number to call for further help.Desired Settlement: I just want the shirt I ordered before I attend the band's concert on 9/**.

Review: I have tried to order tickets to a concert from the Warner Website from several internet browsers and cannot order tickets.

I have tried to order tickets on Nov. [redacted] to [redacted]'s New Year's Eve private concert and meet and greet at the [redacted]. Warner's website will not allow me to order the tickets. When I contacted Warner on Nov. [redacted], one of their customer service representatives responded and told me that it could be a browser issue and sent me information to delete cookies and internet history. It also offered information so that I might try a browser that does work with their website. I did all of these suggestions. I have used four computers with varying browsers including Internet Explorer 7, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. I've used both mac and pcs to try to order tickets and I've also tried using my IPad 3 and my Iphone 4 to order tickets. Nothing. I sent an email to [redacted] again that I couldn't order tickets and asked if there was a way that I could order them via phone. She responded politely with another email address to try. I emailed telling them about the issues I've been having ordering the ticketsDesired Settlement: The main problem I see is that their website is not working correctly. I'd be interested to see if anyone has been able to order tickets.

I want the tickets to the [redacted] concert and seeing today that they are discounted, I'd like to ask for these tickets at the discount price to cover my frustration for not being able to order them when I tried last week. Review: After reviewing my bank statement, I noticed an unauthorized charge to my checking account that is currently still "processing". The charge was made on February **, 2015 in the amount of $18.24. I live in Missouri and have never heard of "WARNER ELEKTRA AT NEW YORK NY" before and have never made a purchase in person or online. I submitted a form on Warner Music Corp's website, but after reading a number of other similar stories from others, I am not expecting any correspondence back.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge reversed or cancelled or refunded.

On multiple occasions this company has made promises it did not keep. From false advertising ( promising products and events that never happen) to poor customer service, to dishonesty about services, quality of service, and about services promised in ticket and customer agreement. I will never purchase a ticket package from this company again. I hope something is done so more people are not required to go through the same turmoil I am currently in. All I want is what I paid for and what was promised to me on paper but The Warner Music Group will just not make right by their agreement. I was a huge fan of this company before their customer service department reminded me how unkind and rude people could be on the phone. Please help the Warner Music Group get their act together. I love the company but cannot believe how I was treated by a fellow human being.
