Review: I brought my vehicle to [redacted] for repairs to the brakes and front seat. They repaired the brakes but I heard a rattle afterwards and returned with the truck. They said they could not check it out then so I went to [redacted] who found that [redacted] had failed to reinstall a bolt. I returned to [redacted] who conceded this was true and corrected it. At the original visit I was told that the seat parts had to be ordered and that I had to pre-pay for parts and labor, which I did. Parts amounted to almost $500 and I am unable to determine labor cost since it was not indicated. I also never signed the work order. [redacted] was to call when the parts came in but never did. I called them a few times and finally was told that the parts were in and that someone would call me back to set up and appointment to have the work done. I got busy with other things but did call a few more times to set up an appointment. I was told again someone would get back to me. I eventually drove to the dealership to take care of the matter in person and found that it was under new ownership and was now [redacted]. I explained the situation to them and was told that they had no records pertaining to this order (I do), there was nothing they could or would do for me and that I had to write to Ms. [redacted]. They would not give me a direct address but said I could leave a letter for her with them, which I did. I received a response from Ms. [redacted] stating that her records were in storage and essentially too much time had passed. I provided my records. She obviously has all records but was unwilling to try to locate them. I paid approximately $700 for parts and labor/repair which were not done and am seeking full reimbursement from the dealership.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $469.73 in parts and whatever the labor would have been to remove and replace the front seat frame and cushion (determined by the flat rate manual as to time allowed at shop labor rate). I approximate that labor would be in the $200 range.

Review: My newly purchased vehicle has been back to the dealership numerous times for different problems. I am constantly getting the run around from both the dealership and corporate office. The only resolution they are giving me is to pay more money to get out of the car that is not even 3 months old. Its a complete lemon and as long as it doesnt cost the dealership any money they are willing to help me out. It has become a safety hazard to myself and my family. This problem has been happening since the first week Ive had the car. This has been an ongoing problem.Desired Settlement: Corporate needs to get involved other than just writing a complaint letter. I have complained numerous times to the dealership and noone including the dealership wants to help me. I would like another vehilcle of equal value or a replacement vehicle to ensure the safety of myself and my family.

Review: I visited [redacted] Dealership on 12/31/2015 to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and trade in my 2009 BMW X5. I spent 6 1/2 hours there(New Years Eve). After much negotiation and an extremely exhausting wait, we came up with a deal.A manager named [redacted] came out to explain that my father that has superb credit will have to co-sign in order for the deal to go thru.My father arrived promptly at 2:00pm and the waiting began. The car was picked, the paperwork was submitted, now the only thing left was for a finance manager to review and draw up the paperwork. At 7pm,a very loud and hyper manager named [redacted] came running out to us asking for my father's car insurance info. I proceeded to explain that my dad is the co-signer, so we'll be using my car insurance, which I had with me. I am insured thru my husband's NJM insurance but my name doesn't appear on the card (but I had an email with the Policy Binder, which showed that I was insured). [redacted], loudly and aggressively, said that we can not use that insurance because the card did not have my name on it. I thought it was absolutely absurd because the car I was trading in, is insured under the same insurance, so I didn't understand. Then he rudely and loudly for everyone to hear, screamed that I can not finance the car under my name even with a co-signer because my credit was SO BAD and loudly announced my Credit Score for everyone to hear.People started to stare. I was so embarrassed and so offended and really confused because I was originally told by [redacted] and my Sales person, [redacted] that this will be no problem if I had a strong co signer, which I had. [redacted] continued on yelling and saying that the deal can not go thru with such awful FICO Score. Besides the fact that I was mislead and wasted hours of my time and my poor dad's time on New Year's Eve, I was humiliated in front of everyone in the dealership including my father. I called my husband and started crying and started shaking. My privacy was violated and I was humiliated and demeaned.Desired Settlement: I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION for privacy violations and given false expectations. I was sick to my stomach from embarrassment. What other of my personal information was compromised and exposed? [redacted], the Salesperson said that [redacted] lost 3 sales that previous week by his inappropriate tone. I want [redacted] to be reevaluated at his workplace. I am looking for an apology and my attorney will be reaching out with further information. I don't feel secure that my other information was kept private
