September 18, On March 24, [redacted] ordered a used [redacted] bed by check for $Due to shipping problems and damage to the bed on different shipments Warr's Auto Wrecking refunded [redacted] in fullWe sent the check out to him on July 28th per *** [redacted] 's requestOn August 11th [redacted] cashed the refund check.Thank you for your time in this matterAnthony D Jr Sales Manager

MARCH 7, On JANURAY , [redacted] ordered a used Ford F-tailgate thru [redacted] for $ We explained to [redacted] that this was a used tailgate and there will be flaws with the itemOn February 10th [redacted] called us and explained that he was not happy with his part even though he signed for the tailgate in good condition ( a copy of [redacted] ***'s signed delivery attached) [redacted] requested a refund and we told him to send the part back to us and we would refund him once we got the tailgate backAs it states clearly in our terms of sale that [redacted] agreed to at time of sale that shipping cost are nonrefundable (a copy of [redacted] invoice is attached) [redacted] sent the tailgate hack and lodged a chargeback against us On March 3rd, we received the tailgate (copy of bill of lading attached) on March 5th [redacted] was refunded thru [redacted] in the amount of $This what he paid for the tailgateAs far as shipping charges they are non refundable as agreed to at time of sale Thank you for your time in this matter

of bill of lading)On Friday December 27th*** *** signed for the seat in good condition (Attached is copy of signed delivery - receiptOn February 11, *** ***r filed a chargeback through his credit card company stating that he received the wrong part and would like his money backOn February 12th*** *** placed another chargeback stating that he never received his part at all(Attached is a copy of the letter from ***stating this.)The outcome of the chargeback was that he need to send the seat back to us and he would get a refund, *** *** still has not sent us the seat back as of today Sept18th *** *** is now out of warranty and no refund will be madeAlso attached is a letter from *** stating that we followed all the guide lines in this transactionThank you for your time in this matterAnthony DSales Manager

Let's start with our company name is *** ***The bed shipped to us was damaged down both sides and rotted underneath, bed has hole in center of it from a 5th wheel trailer attachment
The bed is not as was represented "rust free from Nevada, with just a broken taillamp'
Repairing the one we have would be same amount of work as fixing the one we receivedI have e-mail confirmations (2) that a "new bed" is in the works., from Anthony and from Angelo
