Here is the name of the two Reps Ventry had come out to our home in Jan/Feb. 2016 to assess the concrete.1.  [redacted]  from   [redacted]  and 2.   [redacted]  from  [redacted] stated from his assessment the concrete could have been over processed meaning  incompetent work .After their visit Ventry (son/Mike ) stated he would make good on replacing the area at the end of the driveway.He promised in  Feb. of 2016. We called bi-weekly  from mid May to the beginning of Oct.of 2016 to find out when we would be put on their schedule and Mike continued to push us into the next month. We then called his father and were told they would definately be out in AUG. but they never came.To date we heard nothing from then since Oct. of 2016.Please email if you need additional info from me.   Thank you for your time, [redacted]

Tell us why here...On behalf of myself and VENTRY CONCRETE, I apologize very sincerely , VENTRY CONCRETE does not guarantee any concrete work , due to our harsh winters of  freeze and thaw cycles it's impossible to warranty or guarantee any concrete in WNY, every customer that we work with signs a contract that states in writing that we don't  carry any guarantees or warrantys on cracking or Spaulding . We have replaced driveways with this issue in which we have dealt with in the past, any customer that is patient we have always stood behind even though we do not guarantee any of the work with the freeze and thaw in which our winters endur we still stood behind our jobs. Throughout our 36 years in business we have a long list of customers that are very happy along with customers  that have had issues of this nature in which  we have corrected, some threw the Revdex.com and most threw good relations and intentions , if Mr. [redacted] would like to call upon customers that have had this issue to verify them of waiting patiently and VENTRY replacing there defected concrete he is more than welcome to, but VENTRY CONCRETE does not guarantee any concrete as to no one else in this  field  of business does. As a company VENTRY is family owned and operated and go above and beyond to do quality work in which has carried us to 36 years same name , same faces , but we cannot guarantee the weather bad or good nor can we guarantee concrete , our area and climate permit us to use the best material possible but as to anything nothing is indestructible.

Ventry completed entire driveway and sidewalk in May 2015. Within 7 months part of the driveway began to show signs of pitting and spalling. Layer of stones was coming through. When we called Ventry (Mike/ son) was rude and stated they did not offer any guarantee, but he would come by to take a...

look. We had to call 7-8 times after, again dealing with rude attitude and promises to come by. Finally, after many phones calls, he showed up in Jan. 2016 and stated the pitting was from the winter and salt. Buffalo had the mildest winter in history ( winter of 2016 ) and we only saw one snowplow truck the entire winter. The concrete was not cracking, it was deteriorating. He then stated he would have his insurance person come by for an assessment, which took again several phone calls before the agent came to our home. Insurance agent did admit it could have been faulty concrete from being over mixed. Ventry finally agreed they would replace the area of pitting /spalling (approx. 1/3 of the driveway). The promises began in June of 2016. We had to call every other week asking for a date. Every date was constantly postponed into the next month. July 2016 we called four more times and were told they would get to us in September. In September we called three more time and was told they would be out in a few weeks. First week of October we called and the father told us we would see them next week. To date Oct. 15, they have not done the work. We are now going to file a claim against them. Horrible Horrible company. Would NOT recommend them.We no longer want to deal with Ventry. They have promise us they would come out on a number of different dates (running into several months). We waited the entire summer 2016. They then promised they would be out to repair concret in Sept. of 2016. In Oct. 2016 they gave us another date. We no longer want to deal with their lies. We are seeking a refund so we can hire another contractor to repair their faulty work. After reading other reviews, I can see people had very similar experiences with Ventry.
