Review: I received a call 02/09/15 from National Auto Division offering an extended warranty for my car. I was told by [redacted] that if my husband did not agree that I would call back and cancel the policy.I called back 02/16/15 and spoke with [redacted] cancelling the payment and although [redacted] was persistent I assured him I did not want the policy. We have received 2 follow up calls from same company aggressively pushing the warranty policy--one to myself, one to my husband who is 71 yrs.I complain that this is elder abuse.The company has sent me a bill for the Auto Warranty policy which I cancelled and refused.I called the company 03/31/15, having received a bill dated 03/26/15 and was told by [redacted] that my refusal needed to have been in writing per the contract. I did not receive any said contract.Desired Settlement: I want confirmation that this company agrees that I did cancel.I believe this is elder abuse.
