Review: At the request of [redacted] of Warren & Panzer Engineers PC,Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. performed an [redacted] during the period of February *, 2013 through February **, 2013. Our finance department issued an invoice on February **, 2013 in the amount of $1,690.00. After numberous phone calls over the next 9 months, a partial payment of $500 was received on November **, 2013 with a promise that additional $500 would be forthcoming shortly. We resumed calling this client and leaving messages weekly. No one has contacted Citadel as to how or when the balance will be paid.Desired Settlement: Payment in the full amount of $1,190
