Hello, according to our retail installment contract and Texas law, one day late on a payment can result in a repossessionThe last payment we received from Ms*** was in the amount of $on 11/4/16. After no communication or payment from our customer, the vehicle was repossessed
on 12/6/16. On 12/6/16 there was a conversation with Ms*** about redeeming her vehicle in which she was told the about to redeem was $That was the last time we spoke to Ms***The vehicle was sold at auction on 12/29/16, and a ceritified letter was sent to Ms*** with the amount that it was sold for and the remaining deficiency balanceThe amount is $Please feel free to email or call with any questions*** ***Office Manager###-###-####

Ms*** did not make her payment, she was called numerous times, after no contact or payment the vehicle was repossessedThe customer had the chance to redeem the vehicle, but she did not call back or come in to the dealership. There is nothing more we can do for the customer at this pointThank you, *** ***Office Manager
