Received a door which was not built to specifications provided I purchased a door from Warren Brothers on August 3, and provided them with the exact specifications needed for building the doorThey asked no further questions regarding the frameI asked for an installer recommendation and they provided that recommendation to meOver the next months, I received no update on the process and actually found the door was ready for delivery by calling multiple times and speaking with an evening shop manager The door was to be built to the exact specs as the frame was already in place and I did not want to adjust the frame or the existing drywall or paintThe door was delivered on November 11, When the installer provided was installing, he pointed out that the door was not built to exact specifications and we should adjust the opening to accommodateI was told Warren Brothers would adjust the cost for the error as this happens frequentlyWhen I approached Warren Brothe

I have been waiting for the refund for the wrong interior door sliders for the master at *** *** To add to that, the wrong window was ordered so I am inquiring about that refund as wellFor the pool house, the doors still have not arrivedWhen is the ETA for these?? I am incredibly disappointed with your services and have been patiently awaiting these refunds and I should expect to receive exactly what I order
