I am responding to the above-mentioned complaint number
The consumer and I communicated via email regarding a possible time for me to look at a tear the
customer's husband had done
I informed her that most likely it was out of warranty
I unfortunately dropped the ball and did not return a response to her last email and it is no excuse however we have been extremely busy and I inadvertantly did not return the last email
I have reached to the customer and explained that I will do what I need to do help resolve the issue and even thought it is not under warranty, we will keep costs at a minimum to repair the problem
