It was great to speak with you the other day You gave me some hope in this whole situation This has been quite an ordeal and it is nice to speak with someone who can help.We were approached by *** *** to finish a kitchen cabinet install in his *** condominium *** ** ** ***
***He said that he was really in a spot because the previous builder had left and was unable to finish the project ( in reality the other builder left because he was not paid)He asked what the cost would be and we estimated about $if everything "fit"We did not furnish the cabinets so there was no way to know if they would fit When it became clear that they would not fit, we asked mr *** how he wanted to proceed.He asked if we could alter them to fitWe agreed to do so. He was very happy with our work and added some other items Some tile work ect After about weeks of work we presented him with a bill. He refused payment and became hostile Come to find out he is a convicted gun felon from **.He said that he is a "digital marketing expert and that he would burn our reputation to the ground"We filed a lien against his property only to find out that we are 4th or 5th in line I spoke with the other contractors who all said the same thing He gets you in to do some work refuses payment then threatens to sue.He has systematically and methodically cheated more then builders and subcontractors out of rightfully owed payments.Most of whom walk away and chalk it up to a lesson learned We however, have a flawless reputation and are willing to stand up to him and his kind.We have a suite filed in small claims court and look forward to exposing his actions.He has written statements to the Revdex.com, ***, ***, *** and many others
