I called Warren Plumbing on Monday December 1st, to ask for an estimate on repiping at my homeI spoke with *** on the phone*** asked if the following Tuesday, the 2nd of December would be good to come outI told *** that Tuesday was the only day that week that was not good for me but that the rest of the week was wide open*** told me that he would have to get back with me later in the day to set a firm date and time I did not get a call back from Warren Plumbing until the following day, Tuesday the 2nd When I got home around 4:pm, I saw that someone from Warren Plumbing had left a voice message at my home, asking me if they could come by in the afternoon for the estimate I called the number that I had for Warren Plumbing and asked if I was speaking to ***The person told me that he was not ***, but was the ownerI tried to explain to the owner about everything I mentioned earlier in this review, but the owner (who did not give his name) statrted talking VERY loudly telling me that he already knew about Tuesday! I don't take someone/anyone yelling at me over the phone very well, so I started talking in a louder voice trying to explain my situationThe "owner" told me that he didn't like the direction that the coversation was going and then told me VERY LOUDLY, GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB, then hung up on me!
