6,700.00. This is a rental property and we advised her to replace the carpet but she wanted to have it cleaned to see how clean it would come. She also supplied the materials to be used. She did ask me to replace the ceiling fan and blinds but wanted them to be the cheap ones because this was a rental property. ( Her words). 9-10 months later she calls about these concerns and even with it being so long I was still going to uphold our word and at least check out the problems to see what needed to be done. I was warned not only from the contractor before me but also the management company who was in charge of her rentals about her ways of dealing with things. We did not break any tiles in her floor. They were already broken and she asked us to use the removed tiles from the shower to replace the broken on the floor. The new tiles are white and the old were I believe blue or pink but very old. As for the fan that she supplied, you pull the old one out and install the new one. (She supplied the items ) We do not supply anything with a preference. A lot of her claims are false and I feel that she is upset because we would not just come out after 9 months and re clean for free. She is going on multiple sites to bad mouth my company which is fine. She feels how she feels, however she never even gave us a chance to look and see what is even wrong.
