I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe business is incorrect of the first offense of not contacting them, as I was there in person for the 2nd tow/repair of the misdiagnose and incorrect repair of the 1st "repair"? The business is not accounting for that in their reply? Looking for refund of that issue.? I do in face have the faulty part in my possession of the second repair (fuel pump)? I am still looking for refund of part if under warranty? Also compensation for using inferior parts/unprofessional repair staff leading to second failureRegards,? [redacted] ***

First of all I'd like to start off saying that Mr*** never contacted anyone in our Clifton Park location to advise them he had an issue with the work that was performedIf he had done so we would have let him know that the work that was done carries a Three year 36,mile warranty by the
Repair Assurance Warranty Program and ***'s Garage is a memberThat being said, after the fact it is very difficult to take advantage of the warranty program but if Mr*** has the old parts I will do my best to see if I can get some kind compensation from the warranty company.Fell free to contact me to discuss this matter furtherDon ***Warren Tire service Center
