I got [redacted] name from [redacted] I have a GOOD review From EVERY customer and a good review from EVERY Other customer for the last years.I gave [redacted] a price of $to to a lot of work insideOf her house, she cried and couldnt afford that so we agreed On $12,The roof was torn off and NEW plywood installed and NEW Quality shingles with a warrantyThe roof was a PERFECT JobCODE inforcement from Vestal, NY inspected the job Step by step as is required and THEY said it was a great JobALSO, we went there times and she would not let Us in to inspect if there WAS a leakI can get phone numbers of code inforcement if you like And many numbers of my reviews.Sincerely; Warren T 1/20/

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mostly everything in his letter is incorrect He did originally quote and I told him I have someone else who could do it for He stated he would match the I applied for a loan and was approved for He stated he would take on the job for He also stated that he would do a wonderful job and "you will love your house again." As for the rest, It is all lies I offered MrTompkins several times to repair the roof and all the other things they did in my house and he refused to repair the properly The roof had been leaking for a month and he had not come over to inspect He sent his worker once and they told him that it was old damage I sent him videos of the leak and the actual dripping from the failed roof replacement and the damage and he still continued to ignore and refuse to come repair I eventually had to hire another roofer to complete the job because of the leak The new roofer was aware of MrTompkins and the "type" of people he hires The roof also was not inspected by the town as I spoke with workers from The town of Vestal Building and Engineering department and they stated that they have no documentation that the roof had ever been inspected The new roofer stated that there was NO Ice and water shield which is required The plywood was not replaced and that there was no flashing or caulking around where the roof where it was leaking and that it is a part of repairing a roof As for the rest He put a cheap sink in my bathroom, and his workers were very sloppy with replacing the sink that was never asked for and the , fridge water lines that were leaking from his workers damage, carpets not replaced properly with no padding under them, frayed edges and , doors that dont close and linoleum with glue from the cabinet refacing all over it Paint from the walls on my hardwood floors doors that were cut improperly and then repaired The caulking in the bathtub came off after month I also paid for dumpster to have the roofing shingles removed after they threw it all over my front back and side yards Mr Tompkins, why would you lie you had to redo someother work in the house because your workers didnt put doors on properly You screwed me because they screwed you You CHOSE to take the job and gave me crappy work.I tried to upload photos and they would not go through Hopefully this does.Regards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
