Review: On Thur. morning Sept. 24th around 9am I called Warrens Auto repair asking if my vehicle could be checked because it kept shutting off on me while driving. The person I spoke with told me yes I could and that they would be able to check it. I got a call from them around 2:30pm telling me that my car's computer system was not good and that it needed to be replaced with a new (or used) one. I asked was that the reason my car was shutting off and he told me yes. My vehicle was left with them from that time until the evening of Tuesday Sept. 29th. The next day I was driving to work and the car shut off on me again! I called them Fri. letting them know that it shut off on me again and told them that I'd be bringing it back. I took my car back to them on Monday morning Oct. 5th explaining the issue again and asked why did it shut off on me again if the computer system had been changed. I wasn't given a clear reason. I decided to keep it with them again so that they could correct the problem because I had already given them $540 of my money. I came back to the shop on Wed. evening Oct. 7th to see if they'd found the solution to my car's problem and they still couldn't give me a clear reason. They told me it "may" have been the cam sensor and replaced that. I asked was there anyway I could get some of my money back from the computer system part and was told no. So I left with my car and went to work the same evening and my car turned off again! I contacted them explaining my car turned off again and they obviously couldn't figure out or fix my car and that I wanted my money back. They refused again, and told me they could make me a deal and try putting in another part for free of labor but that they would have to charge me for the part. After the initial call about my computer system on Sept. 24th, I received no updates and had to make calls myself to find anything out. Not once was I ever told sorry for the inconvenience. I refuse to give them any more of my money and I shouldn't have to.Desired Settlement: I would like to get all of my money back! Either cash or check!
