*** we received a letter for a compliantThis is something that we take series let me start with some info We sell firearms and submit the back round DOJ We do not determine the resultsDepartment of justice with approve the back round or deny itWe have strict polices and
paperwork because we do sell gunsEvery customer has to fill out a form which is a federal form that asks questions regarding there back roundWe also have our own paperwork which the customer signed and datedIn the case of a denial we give the customer months while we hold there gun to resolve the back round issueHalf a year is plenty of time, many customers who are denied are for different reasons tickets, suspended license etc, they fix the issue in less then monthsAfter they fix the issue the back round is re- submitted once again DOJ does there back round In Mr *** case we informed him of DOJ results which he did not likeWe explained the processThis is done for specific reasonsPeople with felony's who try to buy a gun and then do not pass there back roundAll paperwork is turned into atf because its a felony for a person with a felony to try and buy a gunSo our policy states you have months to resolve the denial after the months no refunds period! You should always be aware of your back roundIf Mr *** truly has nothing wrong with his back round then he was instructed to call DOJ and they will tell him the issueunless he knows he cannot purchase a gun and tried anyway which is a felony attached is our policy and paperwork please if you need anything please contact me Norris also we just noticed another compliant from can we get removed we are new owners from january thank you Warrior One

These people are assuming I have a felony , which I don't it's a different matter which I trying to work on and clear,  you think I am gonna go through crap for no reason when I got the Reciept said no returns and I feel and it's just wrong that maybe of six months I can clear it at the end if I walk away empty handed it's just wrong , went to a few other gun shops and explained my story with warrior one they said WOW never heard of that. This place is owned by villain should have know. , by the way [redacted] works thereI regret going there , I disagree with there policy I am offering 25% restocking fee Thank you.  Ted [redacted]
