Metro Washington DC and Eastern Pennsylvania Scranton, PA 18508Phone: ###-###-####On May 19th , 2014 [redacted] ordered a used 2004 [redacted] Bed by check for $2350.00. We packaged the bed and sent it to him on June 1st  On June 14th the trucking company called and said they damage the bed and asked if we still wanted it delivered . We said no and sent another bed out to [redacted]. It arrived at [redacted] on July 17th and we got a call from [redacted] and they said that this bed was damaged and rusty , we asked for pictures and a repair quote which as of today November 12th 2014  we still have not received . We will refund [redacted] once we receive the truck bed back per our Warranty. The refund will be in the amount of $1238.50 which is $2350.00 minus a 25% restock fee and the $700.00 non-refundable shipping . As per our Warranty & Purchase Agreement state. On March 24, 2013 [redacted] ordered a used 2001 [redacted] bed by check for $2250.00. Due to shipping problems and damage to the bed on 2 different shipments.  Warr's Auto Wrecking refunded [redacted] in full. We sent the check out to him on July 28th per [redacted]...

[redacted]'s request. On August 11th [redacted] cashed the refund check.Thank you for your time in this matter.

On JANURAY 10 , 2013 [redacted] ordered a used 2005 Ford F-150 tailgate thru [redacted] for $700.00.  We explained to [redacted] that this was a used tailgate and there will be flaws with the item. On February  10th [redacted] called us and explained that he was not...

happy with his part even though he signed for the tailgate in good condition ( a copy of [redacted]'s signed delivery attached) [redacted] requested a refund and we told him to send the part back to us and we would refund him once we got the tailgate back. As it states clearly in our terms of sale that [redacted] agreed to at time of sale that shipping cost are nonrefundable (a copy of [redacted] invoice is attached) [redacted] sent the tailgate hack and lodged a chargeback against us.
On March 3rd, 2014 we received the tailgate (copy of bill of lading attached) on March 5th 2014 [redacted] was refunded thru [redacted] in the amount of $700.00. This what he paid for the tailgate. As far as shipping charges they are non refundable as agreed to at time of sale.

The invoice   does not show that the wrong item was sent nor does it show that the seller states the right item is in another state and will work on getting to me which I no longer need. Since. that time.  I have. Not heard from the.   sellers to get the issue resolved!

send another bed out to him and he refused stating that he had sold the truck. We refunded [redacted] once we received the truck bed back per our Warranty. The refund was in the amount of $1642.50 which is $2350.00 minus a 25% restock fee and the $120.00 refusal fee the trucking company charged us. As per our Warranty & Purchase Agreement state.Thank you for your time in this matterAnthony D

Let's start with our company name is [redacted].
The bed shipped to us was damaged down both sides and rotted underneath, bed has hole in center of it from a 5th wheel trailer attachment.
The bed is not as was represented "rust free from Nevada, with just a broken taillamp' 
Repairing the one we have would be same amount of work as fixing the one we received.
I have e-mail confirmations (2) that a "new bed" is in the works., 1 from Anthony and 1 from Angelo.
