Review: On Sunday, Feb 1, 2015, I had a tow truck delivery my vehicle to Warsaw Automotive to check a mechanical issue with the alignment bolt on the spare tire. Earlier that day, I had a flat tire so I went to put the spare tire on...The vehicle is a [redacted] which requires using an alignment bolt to properly align the holes and lug bolts to the rotor. For whatever reason, the alignment bolt got stuck into the rotor, which meant I couldn't properly secure the spare tire to the car's rotor. Then I called the tow truck to carry it to Warsaw Automotive late Sunday night. Monday morning, I talked with "[redacted]" at Warsaw Automotive who said he would take a look at it on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no word from [redacted] about the nature of the vehicle. Wednesday, I called [redacted] and he said he would look at it on Thursday. On Thursday evening after work, my wife stopped by Warsaw Automotive and [redacted] informed her he wasn't going to look at it. It would seem that he should have told me that on Monday instead of giving me the false impression all week long that he was going to look at it. So, since I work for the Department of the Army and I commute 1 1/2 hours to work, I couldn't pick up the vehicle until Saturday, Feb 7, 2015. So, [redacted] wasted a lot of my time with bad costumer service.Desired Settlement: Inform the general public that this company is poorly managed.

Revdex.com spoke with the business. When the customer brought the vehicle to them the shop was under staffed due to the weather and illness. When they realized they would not be able to service the vehicle they contacted the customer to get the car so he could get it worked on elsewhere.
