The company did not honor their day refund policy They charged and shipped without authorization to do so My year old father agreed to try a sample paying shipping cost only of P90X He received free items, but was later charged for those items in full and shipped more bottles Total charges for September $of which he never authorized After calling to try and resolve this issue with them, they said they would only refund him minus shipping fees $once he had sent the products back that HE did not request This still will leave a balance owed back to him of $ They could not and would not give me any information on the Corporate Headquarters They simply said I could file a complaint with their Wearhouse? We are preparing to ship back the two bottles tomorrow that we did not request We have contacted the Credit Card company and filing a dispute This company showed poor customer service and did not honor even the day money back guarantee
