This guy is a hack. I didn't hire him but rented a lock off apartment in a house that he worked on. He did some repair work on the deck for the owner. Then 2 summers later he did major joist repair and deck board replacemen. He could have recommended doing it all the first time around and saved some money. He refused to clean up nails and screws he had dropped and gave me 3 flat tires at different times. His painter didn't move my grill/ patio furniture ect. After he said he would move or tarp and got overspray all over my stuff. He also painted over my truck and dripped paint on my truck. He works at the slowest pace I've ever seen. He also does not keep a clean and orderly job site. Also he would show up unlock the front door and then leave after a short while, leaving the key in the door and the door wide open at a million dollar house in Vail CO.A friend who works with him said I should try to get them in at my hotel, I'm a maintenance supervisor. Absolutely no way in hell. Our general contractor is 100 times more skilled, professional and timely then this guy.
