Uninformed tip
This place where shall I start. First off, we had a party of 5 with out rsvp. Never ever were we told that gratuity will automatically be added to our bill. Now if they presented me with a MENU which they DON'T I may have read THE VERY SMALL print. When we received our bill it was very dark in there and did NOT notice that the 18% tip was added and then I proceed to add an additional 20%. THIS TIP WAS literally a total of $90.00. I do understand that I should have read my receipt more carefully in the DARK but my mistake. This is just an awful thing to do to a family of 5 without giving us notice.
Also, the additional 3.00 per meal for fried rice WTH all hibachi comes that way, what a rip off. THEN, if youd like ONLY broccolli and carrots YEP and additional 7.00 again what a rip off! ONE suggestion Wasabi I WANT A PHYSICAL MENU. MY elderly parents DO not have Smart phones and couldn't even see what was offered. I will NEVER return to Wasabi again.
