I am rejecting this response because:I have not heard from the business since I filed this complaint, can you please send the attach the communication to me since this complaint was filed?As per my original complaint, we were ok with a partial refund since the product...
was left in my house, after working with 4 different companies we have found that all items that are left in my house can't be used, and if we have to use it, it will cost me more money to fix and do work to make it usuable.We feel that the company did not meet their signed agreement, and we feel that they did not meet this contract.We have also found that this company is working illegally. No business permit, and they are not registered with DOPL. we are in the process of filing complaints with state agencies, ( DOPL, Utah State Attorney, Tax commission and other departments.We are requesting that we get all our money back, since everything that is left in my house is unusable, and I have 4 different cabinet shops that has a signed testimony to state this.
