As previously stated, our Workers showed up to do the last day of finish work and were denied entry to the home by the [redacted]'s. Mrs [redacted] said they would not allow anyone inside the home without proof that the carpet had been ordered. As we had not yet collected the balance of a change order sent to the [redacted]'s, we told them that the carpet would be ordered once the change order invoice had been paid. The client stated to us that they did not have the money to pay the change order.Then the [redacted]'s went to Paypal (which they used to send payment to Wasatch General Contracting) and claimed their work had not been completed by the Contractor and demanded they refund $3, 000.00 which Paypal did. I have attached the unpaid change order invoice and the Paypal case showing they were refunded.

I am rejecting this response because:The owner's statements are fabricated lies and untruths. I have plenty of supporting documents and evidence to the contrary, some of which have been provided to the Revdex.com previously. The last time I attached some of the documents, however, the Revdex.com wouldn't post my complaint/review at all because the attached documents contained "sensitive" information about the owner of Wasatch General Contracting. I would be happy to post and share the documents again, upon the direction of the Revdex.com, but will await their say so because I don't want this response to be denied posting again. The one and only PARTIAL truth in the owner's statement is that we did file a charge-back with our credit card provider for $2,400, not $3,000 as the owner stated. Our credit card provider ruled in my favor because I had provided sufficient documentation to back up my claim, while the business owner did not have sufficient documentation. That aside, I still wanted my review posted on the Revdex.com so that other potential clients are forewarned and can make a more sound and informed decision about whether or not to hire this business owner in the future.

Wasatch General Contracting in regards to complaint [redacted].The client [redacted] agreed that the issues that caused the project timeline to be pushed back was out the control of Wasatch General Contracting and both parties decided to make that completion date the end of January. They agreed to...
remove the review. I'm not sure why the haven't yet. Also his wife is pregnant and absolutely irrational. Which is a subject that I don't have time to cover in a email. Her initial complaint was that the doors weren't done yet. The job should have been done by Christmas but they had not given the check to buy the doors yet. She is beyond thinking rational.
