I am rejecting this response because:Can you share the pictures, which dry walls were damaged by me?? I have no clue of what you are saying! How would I damage the dry walls in months which I didnt in years in mynprevious apartments! Whatever damage was there it was there before I moved in!
Sincerely,
*** ***

I have email correspondence which shows that they were rude to meAlso this is still appearing on my credit reportsThey took action to remove from my equifax report but not for the other bureaus and told me it was my responsibility to correct their error. I moved out of the san moritz apartments on September 15th, got my bill of move out costs in the first week of October and they sent me to collections within daysThat is their "legitimate" claim against me? How can it be legal to send someone to collections without giving at leat days to pay?!This is not resolved to my satisfaction and I have yet to receive an apology for their errorI am still suffering negative consequence as a result of their error.

Another visit was made and a second full diagnostic was performed on the unit and it was found to be functioning property. Our tech noted that the AC appears to not be turned on during periods when the apartment is unoccupied and it is not allowing the unit to cool as designed Technician advised tenant of this but another attempt will be made to inform him of the assessment and recommendation.Tiffany F*Property Manager

In reviewing the customer experience complaint it has been noted and determined that an input error, with the resident, was in fact, the cause for the bank returning the rent payment.Rent has since been paid and is current. We have submitted the changes, reflecting late, to the rental payment...

A refund in the amount of $1033.17 was mailed out to you on September 27th, 2016. After inspection of your apartment, accurate move out charges were assessed as well as the 4 days of rent owed for September. Your move in checklist was referred to in order to make sure we had not charged you for...

anything that was previously documented during your walk through with a member of the team at The Four Seasons. The apartment required a full paint as well as drywall repair. Due to the fact that you had lived there for 7 months the paint was not discounted, the apartment had been fully painted before you moved in. The charges are accurate and the refund you received is correct.

[redacted], We value your residency at Heron Pointe and our goal is to always provide excellent customer service for all of our residents. We sincerely apologize for the delay in repairing your AC unit. With rising temperatures we are trying to keep up with the demand in AC repairs. We have...

diagnosed your AC Unit and the parts needed to repair were delivered today. The installation will take place at 9am tomorrow morning (Sat. 6/24/17). Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: An attempt was made to repair the A/C, and though it does blow cooler air now, it struggles to get the temperature in the apartment below 80 degrees in the late afternoon (the warmest part of the day for my building I think). I am NOT just being picky at this point. The last few days (including the day the AC was fixed), it has been 10-15 degrees cooler, so I suspect that when the temperature spikes again (as early as this weekend), I'll be back to living in misery.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. It's unfortunate that it required a complaint to the Revdex.com for them to finally take action to remedy the problem. I will be satisfied when I receive the updated ledger showing the change.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

As the collection company ("R2") is not a division of Wasatch it has taken some time to investigate the complaint and converse with them regarding this issue.  After discussing the complainant's issues
with the R2, I feel that they took appropriate action in trying
to resolve the issues....

There was a legitimate debt owed to the collection
company, which the complainant and R2 was able to come to a settlement on.
They realized the system had reported her account and were actively
working on resolving that with the credit bureau before she called in to notify
them.  Following FCRA guidelines, R2 made every effort to ensure the issue
was corrected as quickly as possible with the bureaus that the credit was
reported to.   They reassured her that they had notified the credit
bureau and that it would be corrected in a few short days.  Understandably
she pulled a credit report, and although normal protocol for them, the costs were
reimbursed to the tenant along with a card.   The credit bureaus have confirmed with R2 that they have corrected the error, R2 also has counselled with her on how to resolve other she has on her credit reports.  I am sorry
the complainant feels she was treated rudely by the collections company, but after
discussing it at length with R2, I feel it not the case and that the issue has been resolved in full from their end.

The outstanding amount is for an unpaid utility charge discovered after move out, which was paid on the tenant’s behalf and added to the tenant ledger as per the utility addendum of the lease. Please contact Simplified Revenue Recovery (R2) at the number they have provided as the amount has been...

written off of California Place's accounts and they have sent them (R2) the relevant information. They will be able to help provide the details of the charges as we do not maintain the tenant's information to be able to help investigate.  I have sent an email to the manager of R2 to pull the information in anticipation of your phone call.

I contacted [redacted] in regards to his dispute on April 4th, after I received a message he would like to speak with management. I reviewed the billing periods with Mr. [redacted] and explained to him the cycles and the dates that the usage was billed. I did notice that he was mistakenly...

billed a $7 late fee by Conservice. I assured Mr. [redacted] that I would credit the late fee and send him an adjusted ledger. This adjustment reflecting the $7 credit has been made and mailed out to the forwarding address provided by him.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
