Dear Mr***,We apologize for not getting up on a second trip. We did however respond and make adjustments as some of the heads were buried by sod installed by someone else and some of the heads were in need of adjustment. I acknowledge that we did not get up there for a final
time to add another head that was neededWe apologize for not getting back to you sooner.We wish to promptly resolve this problem for you as soon as your secondary water is turned on this year. In addition It would be our opinion to add an additional filter to the system besides the screen filter and add a disc filter, which we will do at no cost to you. This should resolve your coverage problems as well by keeping the nozzles clean in your system.We will certainly honor our guarantee of years to your residence. We have installed thousands of systems for the last years and have had little or no complaints about our systems and coverage.
