We've been in contact ? with the customer ? never did we refuse to pay any sort of final bill or final be all we did was asked the customer to provide us with a copy of the final DirecTV statement so we can file it away for our recordsWe received that statement this morning and we are issuing a refund in the amount that is due to direct TV.ThanksWasatch Satellite

Mr S***? is subcontractor and is a subcontractor with multiple different companies in this particular incident he subcontracted out dish account with our company and we fulfilled our end of the bargain by installing dish service at your home you stated in your previous letter that you were happy with the service and the price? MrS [redacted] was upfront about how the price would hike after months and the paperwork you signed clearly states thatAny sort of promise that he made with you on his behalf to help you out with the bill would be up to him? We would not be able to make that promise? You signed up for a month agreement and you were clearly aware what you were signing up for a month agreement.? ThanksWasatch Satellite

Steve did tell not just me but others the same exact thing as to the second year of service to call him after the first year and he would keep the amount of the second year the sameSteve only told us that to get his commission and then never would take any of our calls to stand by his verbal agreementI never received a copy of anything showing me my first and second year of ? payment AT ALLAnd I would like a copy of thatI spoke to Dish to send me one via email and guess what I never received itof us are disabled and o n a fixed income so every penny counts to usThat second year at the same price is what he took advantage of us for his selfShame on himI never would rip someone off to suffice myself as my heart if with little income is to try and help who I can but I guess I was raised differentI would like my copy stating my 1st and 2nd year payments that I signedI talked to our internet provider her and he also sets up Dish and he told me that he does give a copy stating thisAll of us never got that copyMy bill went from $to $For months that difference is $I cancelled Dish and I would like the I paid to get rid of itSteve S [redacted] could pay me out of his commission check? We spoke with the customer today 9/12/We were able to resolve the issue with the customer there was a miscommunication between the rep and customer
