I am rejecting this response because: I apologize for not being able to respond to your email prior to today. At years old, a 10-hour work shift is not easy. This is to inform you that I want to re-open Complaint ID: ***. I am not satisfied with the business response. I would have responded sooner had I been able to. Please provide me with your instructions on how I go about re-opening Complaint ID: ***? Below are the stated reasons I need to re-open Complaint ID: ***.Below are the stated reasons I need to re-open Complaint ID: ***. I am sure you will agree with me that $15,is a lot of money to pay to someone with absolutely NO PROOF of what this exorbitant amount of money paid for. Therefore, I need to RE-OPEN this complaint for the reasons stated below. I need PROOF on all claims assertions Greg is making in his reply to my Complaint as follows: 1. When PMI/Wasatch Summit knew it was closing it doors, why didn't the company contact me about their closing, knowing I was a fully paid customer? When and how did this company attempt to contact me on this very important matter? 2. When, where, how, and by whom was I given an offer of a right of recision that Greg claims I did not exercise? 3. When, and by whom was I as a client who purchased, notified with an offer from the company to provide fulfillment assistance as Greg claims? Greg is making some very strong assertions but can he back it up with PROOF, or did I just conveniently fall off their radar? Please reply with your instructions on how I can RE-OPEN Complaint ID: ***ALSO, PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS MEANT BY YOUR STATEMENT: "legally binding arbitration to resolve this matter" IN YOUR OCTOBER 26, Revdex.com message. I wanted to respond to your Revdex.com notification of the business response to me but was not able to because the link for me to do so may have expired.. That is why I am contacting you through email. Please reply. I look forward to your reply. Thank you for your kind assistance in this matter.Sincerely,*** ***

Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint. It is true Ms. [redacted] purchased a live training package from PMI in 2010.  The package included nine (9) one-on-one training sessions and a live three (3) day conference, which Ms. [redacted] attended in 2011.  All of the promise...

services were provided between 2010 and 2012.  In fact, PMI did not hear back from Ms. [redacted] after 2012.  Now six (6) years after her purchase she wants her money back.  Unfortunately, PMI is no longer in business as it ceased doing business in July 2014.  For a year after shutting its doors it assisted clients who purchased to provide its fulfillment obligations.  At no time during this period did Ms. [redacted] contact PMI for services.  Ms. [redacted] was given a right or recision that she did not exercise.  Even though PMI has closed its doors, it provided good service to Ms. [redacted].  Had she contacted them within a reasonable period of time they would have continued to provide support.  Now, however, it is too late.  Please direct any future comments to my attention. Thanks,Greg

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Dear [redacted]:I mentioned in my last communication with you that I would let you know when the check payment I received from PMI cleared my bank.  I asked my bank to deposit the check on a "hold" or collection status and they did so and after the 7 business days hold the check cleared.  PMI honored their $15,000.00 check payment to me.  Again, thank you for your kind assistance in this matter which my complaint and request for payment initiated with your office.Sincerely,[redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]
