I'm a contractor and purchased a Walk in Tub for a client on February 7, and was given a delivery date of February 23, I call on Wasauna, Inc now Wasauna, llct/a Envy Walk In Tubs on February18, to find out if the delivery of my tub was still on scheduleThe person in charge of shipping stated the delivery date was rescheduled for February 27, 2015, but expect it to be delivered March 2, I call to speck to the Manager *** and he was very disrespectful and short on the phone with me saying "They have had issues in shipping", meanwhile I never received a email or phone call letting me know about the issue or alerting me to the factsMarch 1, I called to organize the delivery for March 2, and the persona at shipping is telling me the tub would be shipped on March 16, I call the manager***, again he was very disrespectful and short on the phone with me saying "the tub was going to be delivered on March 16, I called March 16, and emailed *** *** (as I have numerous times) and shipping asking where my deliver No responseI called *** the manager on March 17,telling him I still have not received my tubHe told me "he will call me back" I never got that call backI emailed *** *** March 18, asking him for his help and he told me someone will contact me todayAfter extensive research I found Envy Walk In tub owners have changed the parent company's name many times and many clients have had the same complains I have had

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.no remedy was offered by envy tubs and no responsibility was taken. both my plumber and the [redacted] tech support person who called me on behalf of your firm agreed that creating a drain that did not narrow to 1 1/2 inches at some point was not feasible. the [redacted] tech also said that the description of a "2-inch drain" should be removed from the [redacted] website because it is misleading. you did not provide a part that would do this, and I was told on the phone that the idea of a 2-inch drain (and overflow) was a holdover from a design that has since been abandoned. restricting the flow of water at any point decreases the efficiency by 25%, and your claim that this was a 2-inch was a major consideration in my choosing your tub. I don't want to sit in the tub and shiver longer than absolutely necessary, which a 25% reduction in volume will cause.Regards,[redacted]

I purchased a Liberty Chipper on 16 October by phone. I had to call a couple of days later to get an invoice e-mailed to me, and was surprised that the delivery date was scheduled for 16 Nov. I was expecting the chipper much sooner, and there was no indication there would be a month delay in the shipment. The arrival date was a Sunday, which in itself was unusual. I called on 17 Nov, and did not get any positive answer as to shipment. I called on 18 Nov, and was told I would receive shipping information. The shipping information number was provided, but 36 hours later the shipping tracking number is not valid. This has not been a positive experience, and I have no idea when the chipper I ordered and paid for last month will arrive.

We are a certified state licensed contractor. We installed this business's product, which we had multiple problems with. We contacted the business multiple times and came to an agreement. Now that we spent money to make their product functional, they don't want to honor our agreement nor do they answer emails or phone calls. By far the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Very poor business practices.

Tub parts all made in China and assembled in Mexico. They will tell you it is American made but that is a lie. They make tubs for Home Depot and will loose that contract soon enough Im sure. It my understanding the company is in the Red by a good amount and should be closing shop soon. They also sell tubs as Envy, same scam artist dont be fooled.
