On sales contract signed between both parties customer was charged an estimated vehicle license fees of $39.63 and $15.00 registration/transfer/titling fees which makes a total of $54.63 (this can be found on Section 2 A through D of sales...

contract). We were unable to determine exact fees at time of signing therefore we went based on our automatic estimate generator. Vehicle was transferred to customers and proper lien holder name after sale. At time of transfer vehicle required new tags which we were charged for $162.00 at time of transfer. We notified customer that we had only charged him a total of $54.63 therefore we had to bill him for the amount of $107.37 to cover his tags for a full year. He refused to pay the difference saying it wasn't his fault that we couldn't figure out how much his tags were going to be. With that said we had no choice but to lose the difference of $107.37 that were not charged at signing and mailed out registration to address on file at time of signing. The above description is intended for customer to understand the situation and know that we did not try to charge him any money we were not supposed to or take advantage of him in any way. As of for the vehicle title it is not on our possession because vehicle was financed through a finance company. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Nothing has been resolved I was out of state working just got home to receive the letter from the Revdex.com and still in need of my registration. Upon me driving out of state to Arizona where I was working I got pulled over twice, my vehicle searched with my wife and my 6 month old baby in the car this is ridiculous. again all I'm asking for is my registration it's that simple

We apologize to consumer for not responding on time but we had not respond to the complaint due to a letter we had received saying that the case had been closed due to no consumer response but today 6/18/2015 we received another letter saying the case has been reopen due to consumer response.
We apologize to consumer for not being able to provide him with the registration card because it is no longer in our possession as we mentioned on the previous response since we mailed it out to address on file at time of signing and it is not possible for us to obtain one because we are neither the registered or legal owners of the vehicle. We encourage the customer to walk into a motor vehicle dept. office and request a registration card that will be issued to him without a problem because he is the registered owner of the vehicle.
