It's not true. Knowing how important it was for the clothes to be returned BEFORE Monday, there is no way I would have left clothes with the business based on a "possibility" that the clothes would arrive by Saturday. I own a car. I chose this store because it was close to my house  and could have easily chose a different location had I received accurate information. We wish to be reimbursed. Also when I did go and pick up the clothes there was no ticket on the items. The female had to ASSUME that these items were mine. There was a possibility that the items were in the store when I first came in but because of the mistake of the employee who supposedly logged the items in, this all occurred. I have both receipts. The first one the employee gave stating that I gave a robe and pants when I gave in dress pants and a dress shirt. I wish to be reimbursed for the bad services we paid for. Actually, I wish to be reimbursed for the new items that I was forced to go buy because of this unorganized business but I will settle for the dry cleaning service we paid for.

Hello. I am responding to the enclosed complaint about not receiving clothes in a timely manner. The customer dropped her clothes off at 4.54pm on Wednesday November **, 2016.    If a customer drops off dry cleaning before 10 am, they can typically pick up there clothes by 10 am the next...

business day. But because the next day was a holiday, Thanksgiving, the customers clothes was not picked up until Friday and returned on Monday. Everything was delayed a day because of the holiday. We are a laundry mat and not a Dry Cleaner. Like most laundry mats we outsource our dry cleaning which is why it takes 1-3 days. The customers dry cleaning was dropped off at 4:54 pm after our dry cleaning was already picked up. Had it not been a holiday the next day, the customer would have gotten there clothes back Thursday at the latest Friday. I spoke to the employee that processed the customers clothing and he advised he did not tell the customer it would be ready Saturday. He advised them it MAY be ready Saturday because of the holiday.   I am sorry for the confusion but we advise all our customers the same thing, if it's a holiday your clothes may be delayed a day.   Please advise if you need anything else.   Yours, Joseph General Manager
