I just had the worst experience possible at your car wash on MacArthur Dr in Orange, TX. My family and I have been a loyal customer for years at this location. The only issue I ever had previously was last year when your machine ripped off and broke my rear wiper arm. *** was the manager at that time and she filled out a damage report and took pictures. I told her to save us both time and money I'd buy the parts on Amazon and put it on myself if she would reimburse me. Within a week I came back and cleared it up with her. I told her for taking care of me I'll still continue to give you my business. Today I went to get a $6 wash and go like I always do and when I pulled around I noticed that there was still dust and dirt all over my fenders and rear lift gate and window. See attached pics. All were able to be wiped off with a light finger touch and wasn't grease or grime, just dust, so I expected this to be clean even with the wash and go. The manager "*** walked over with a cigarette in his mouth and said, "what's the problem'" I showed him the fenders and rear and showed him the dust wipes off with a finger so I wanted it clean. He approached me very rudely and uncomfortably close and said "what do you want for a six dollar wash, we don't touch it for $6". I said, "I know you don't touch it but the machine should at least get the dust off". He said, "you ain't going through it again unless you give us $6". I asked for the woman manager (***) and he said, "well I'm her boss". I said, "this has never happened before and I always get the $6 wash, I come here all the time". He then said, "I ain't touching it and what do you want for a *** $6 wash". He then turned his back on me and walked off. Very unprofessional and very rude.

Regional manager never replied back with anything to resolve this matter. I also asked for the owner to respond.

Again, our Regional Manager had reached out to speak to the customer and he refused. We watched the video tape and at no time did our Manager have a cigarette in his hand. Nor did he act aggressively to the customer. The customer himself was speaking to our Manager in a aggressive manner calling our Manager names as well.
The customer has had a damage to his rear wiper in the past but it was taken care off immediately.

I said the cigarette was in his mouth when he walked up, not his hand. He spit it out in the beginning. He started out aggressive first when I tried to show him the dirt and dust left. I started out nice as can be until he chose to to be rude right away. His attitude escalated my reaction and rightfully so. No one should be treated like that, especially a paying customer. Also, another lie of your statement, I never refused to speak to the general manager. He never responded with anything to say that would resolve this conflict except he asked to email him back which I did. He never responded back. I also asked to speak to the owner, not the manager so again you didn't pay attention to my complaint. You obviously condone this unprofessional behavior so complaining doesn't do any good. This place is run like typical businesses in Orange and I hope the Mayor cleans up places like this to make Orange a better place for everyone. You can ask the blond girl what happened as she was right there the whole time. I even told her I'd been coming here for years and she appologized. She said she'd let me go through again if it were up to her. I guess it doesn't matter anyway because of the way you treat loyal customers. Shame on this company. You're the reason people like me would rather clean my own vehicle.

I have been a *** for this oil change, and car wash, for over 14 years, as a regular ***. after a period of time, they offer me to purchase a coupon book for 10 car washes and I took it

after almost a year, without even used once, I came today to do a full detail inside my car, a $50,00 job, and also, brought with me, one of the coupons that I had purchase. I showed the coupon, to the car wash attendant, and he print out my receit to take it with me, and bring inside , after car gets clean. his name was ***. Inside, when I got call the my car was ready, a very mean lady, named ***, ask me again, for my coupon that I give to the first attendant, ***. I told her that the coupon was left with ***, and she said that this would never happen, because they never take the coupon. (called me a lie first time). She then, contact *** by radio, in with he said , that , no , he never kept my coupon, and that he did see it when I put my coupon on my front pocket. (called me a lier again). Then I , just to be sure, whent back to the car, were the nicest man, named***, was doing a detail inside my car, just to make sure, I did not make a mistake, and left inside the car.
I was right, it was not on the car.I came back inside, and ***, called an other manager, name ***, who also refuse to believe in me (called me a lier again, now for the third time), and said , it was nothing they would do. I have to pay for the full service without the coupon.
I them, have no other way, to call the Lighthouse point policy department, taking a police officer, form probably much much serious things to do, to come and make the complain. I have , again, to explain it all to the Officer, and we came to the register, were, Mrs ***, now said that my coupon, was just for a car wash, when I told her to begin wit, and now, just after that complain and the presence of the police officer, agree to receive my payment of almost $50.00 that was what I said at the beginning.I lost more them one hour of wok

Desired Outcome

Store Credit per my time, and per the stress and disrespect it was done with my person, been myself a Real Estate investor, making over $250.00 per hour, and been a *** for this store for over 14 years, i want to get a reimbursement of my time, in the amount of $250.00 and a person apology from all three people, Mrs ***, Manager *** and attendant ***, and at the same time, give my appreciation fo the detail person,***, for such a great work. I was unable to leave the place,with my car.

The video for this customers visit was viewed and the events he is stating are not accurate. The *** has been a *** for 14 years, he knows we do not allow customers to pay for their services outside the building. Our cashier is the only person able to accept payments. Also, the video shows the *** returning to his vehicle to move items from one area of the vehicle to another. He did not attempt to look for the receipt he stated he had. The *** was screaming at our staff, swearing, telling our staff to F-Off and saying this is bull.... . The *** also called the police who informed the *** he had to pay for the service. At the end of this event, the *** walked through the property, found our detail employee and tipped him. We will not be reimbursing him for his car wash, his time, or lost wages. This is not the type of *** we wish to frequent our business and are asking him to not return.

I never said I paid outside. I give the coupon to the attendant outside. And they held me off for more them one hour. This co has done so much on my cars for years, and it was a disgusting attitude against me , a *** for over 14 years

The consumer stated he paid previous to getting to our cashier. When our staff informed him he did not pay the consumer became irate and called the police. Again, we will not be addressing his requests and will not be servicing his vehicles in the future.
