I would like an apology from this particular person and this owner needs to put signs on machines when they aren't working properly

The customer came into laundromat with a large garbage bag filled with a comforter She pulled the item from the bag and "stuffed it" into a large washer without opening them up to dispell any foreign objects that may have been in the bag After washing she pulled the wet item in a ball and proceeded to "stuff it" into a dryer After drying she produced a foreign item with her comforter She claimed it was a rodent Our attendant explained to her that we do not have ever had a rodent problem at the laundromat and she had cleaned the dryer that AM The customer then became abusive with the attendant verbally and with "one finger" hand gestures She was asked to leave Owner

I saw from across the room a customer was having trouble with a dryer It was a bit humorous, but I went straight to her to help The door switch had
stuck, it just required a tap The customer was in the process of moving her clothes to another dryer telling me that the dryer wasn't working-without giving me time to assess the situation Because I could see she was upset I didn't try to stop her I did however give her four quarters to start it I shut the dryer door in question to see how it was working at which time I was called away When I returned it had stopped but everything looked fine Someone else started to use it so I decided to let them go ahead and just keep an eye on it Everything still seemed fine When I was walking away I overheard her telling others that the dryers weren't working well I asked her to please stop, that I would take care of any problems I did apologize to her later-before she left As for the Out Of Order signs-I try very hard to keep machines working, but I do not hesitate in using them.Sincerely,*** ***
