Review: I took my 2013 van through the car wash. The van was only 2 1/2 months old at the time. It had been handwashed only on a regular basis up to that point. When I got out to push my mirrors back in and re-attach the antenna I noticed a wavy scratch on the front drivers side fender and several scratches around the tire well. I showed it to the attendant and he wrote up a report. After having to call them two weeks later because no one called me back like they were supposed to, I was then sent to their main office. I then was told I had to call their insurance agent.I called the agent and she came out to look at it and verified the scratches were there. She stated she had to get in touch with the insured and would let me know. It then took another two weeks to get a response back (and repeated messages left for them to call me) for them to tell me that they were not responsible. To top it all off the van wasn't clean either but I wasn't about to let them run it through again.Desired Settlement: I would like the scratches fixed.
