I spoke extensively with the lead guy who I will call Man AI showed and instructed Man A not to move the drivers seat in my carI explained that it's broken and if moved backwards it cannot be put back I told the other guy there Man B, [redacted] I believeI Spoke it a total of times, plus the note Because the seat no longer moves forward I make a BIG deal everytime I take it to a maintenance shop or carwashI give verbal instructions, reiterate and remind before I leave, leave a large note, and make sure the crew knows Picked up car from Man C and seat was moved so far back I could not reach the pedals without sitting on the edge of the seatThere were about men working on cars at the timeThe boss/owner was not in Man A called the owner and spoke in a foreign languageThe owner spoke with me and I explained the situation to himOwner told me that the seats HAVE TO BE MOVED for the carpets to be cleanedNo one told me that or I would have declined the s

Hello this is [redacted] the owner of the car wash to begin with the dispute the customer has a limited express wash witches they drive their car and to the car wash so wasn't one of our employees driving the... car and saw the damage wouldn't occur with one of our drivers second our car wash is equipped with all plastic covers on the rails which is it cannot damage rims while they [redacted] against the rails by looking at the pictures that I would provide with this email that damage was done by the looks of it not in our car wash could've been robbed on the sidewalk or any way at all is that it's rough surface we run about hundred to 150 cars a day through our car wash and we haven't had anybody complain about damage to their rooms because like I said we have plastic covers on all rails prevents from damaging any of the cars going through a car wash Plus none of our machines that we have in the car wash touches the rooms except the brushes and those are made from foam material so it couldn't happen with the brushes either I would like to take care of the customer in anyway I can but I will not take responsibility for something wasn't done in any of our car washes so if there is anything we can do for the customer I will happy to do it except taken responsibility for the damages thank you

This place is the worst, they ruined my wheel by leaving the chemical on to long and it stained the chromeThey said they would make it right by a free full detail which is no where near the value of my wheelIt's taken me a while to finally get over it so yesterday I took it in to get the free wash and they tell me that the employee that was responsible for it no longer worked there so they would not honor itI argued with them and they told me to come back today and they would take care of it (they also kept my voucher)So I go in this morning and now they are say they will not honor it and they took the voucherThese guys are scammers and horrible at what they doI am now stuck with a ruined wheel on my truck because these guys don't know what they are doing

The seat was in fact movedThe owner was not there at the time but the guys who were there knew it had been moved, until they were told to deny it, and they changed their story It turns out many people in town have had damages from this car wash and every single one was denied and customer had to pay the repairsIf you would like I can gather the multiple accounts from others Please let me know

I would like to start off to apologize if there was any inconvenience for the customer but as I stated on the phone call with her we did not move the seat and I told her you’re more than welcome to come look at the cameras that it was not moved therefore we were in at fault of the seat now...

working and as she stated the seed was already not movable so it had a problem already not working therefore we could’ve move it back or to the front  so we did the best we can to clean her car  so we cannot take responsibility for the seed not working thank you

None of my employees  said that the seat was moved  so therefore we didn’t do or caused your seed not to work  and we got another customers we always take care of our customers if it was our fault thank you
