Wash Me SuperWash

I went through the automatic car wash on Sunday April 26th 2020 at 9:15 pm since the automatic wash is 24 hours. I put in $10 cash into the machine and pushed the $10 wash and I drove in and only a tiny squirt of purple soap came out and then a rinse and that was it so I didn’t even get anything for my mom and had to go elsewhere and the other place I had no issues at. I called and left a voicemail immediately requesting a refund and never heard anything else and I have tried calling again with no answer I just want my money back and that’s it but they refuse to answer the phone or care. It is now Thursday and no call back or anything that is ridiculous.
