Wash n' Clean

I brought a relatively new shirt to be washed and pressed by Wash n' Clean. The shirt was returned in a ruined state, with pink splotches on it. After attempts to clean it were futile, I requested compensation for the shirt. The cost to replace the shirt is approximately $80. I requested roughly 70% of this price -- $50 -- as fair compensation. Wash n' Clean only offered $25. In my opinion, this is a complete lack of accountability and representative of poor business ethics.
