Wash N Go failed to provide the promised twelve months of car washing service.
Started the service in July 2020. The services involved car detailing services furor two cars. We provided Mr. with a check of $800. Our cars were then serviced. The following month Mr *** contacted us to set up a second service date, Aug 29 for both cars. His employees did service our cars on that data. On Sep 27, I contacted Mr. to confirm the next service date of Sep 29. I sent him text msg to his phone, I then called his personal and office phone. Both numbers responded with voice mail was full and could not take any additional msgs. We learned from our neighbor who also used the service that Mr *** was no longer detaining cars.
Wash N Go owes us $750 in additional detailing services. We are seek that amount as reimbursement for services not rendered.
Employee of company came back on Sep 30 and cleaned both cars. Owner apologized and committed to completing the remainder of the term. Next visit scheduled for Oct 29.
