I was deliberately lied to and misled into signing a form, was told it was for a month for 11.00 no mention was made of recurring charges of 28.95 per
Went to get a car wash. A man was standing there trying to talk me into signing a contract for car wash which I repeatedly told him I did not want. This went on for a while and then he said ok I will make you a deal for $11.00 for one month as many car washes as you want. I said ok and he handed me something to sign. I stuck it in my glove box and forgot about it until yesterday when I noticed a 28.95 charge on my checking account. When I called to inquire I was told no refund could be made because I signed a contract. I am a senior citizen and disabled and I was deliberately lied to and tricked into signing a contract. They told me they would cancel my "membership" but no refund could be made.
I want a refund of the 28.95 charge to my checking account which was obtained under false pretenses.

I do not accept this response because the man lied to me and told me I was signing for 1 month of car washes for $11.00. All I wanted was to get my car washed. He physically stood in the way until I signed his stupid form. I never realized what was going on until I saw the charge on my checking account. When I called them their attitude was that they simply did not care, my tough luck. They did not respond at all to my statement that their rep LIED to me.

Wash-n-roll car wash opened in January, 2020, and posted an introductory 30-day trial membership which revolved into a monthly renewal fee. My 30-day trial was for February, 2020. I then was charged monthly fees in March, April, and now May. I went to the facility on May 3, 2020, to find out what was going on. Asked to speak with a manager. Manager didn't want to deal with me. Called customer service on Monday, May 4th, to see about cancelling my membership to find out I had been cancelled AFTER COLLECTING MY MAY FEE! I feel I have fallen victim to very questionable business practices. Research of your services has shown me this company does not have a very good standing with the consuming public.
Billing Adjustment Refund. March and April of this year the business was closed most of the days due to weather.
