I am rejecting this response because: The Manager never even asked to see the damaged clothing and [redacted] wasn't even there the whole time doing laundry I was so again the Manager is making assumptionsOne would think youd wanna see the damaged laundryAgian we were just asking for a refund

My conversation with [redacted] started by asking questions about which washers they used, how many, how many dryers and what heat settings I did not make any assumptions but gathered the facts Finding this out gave me enough information to realize the dryers would have been filled to overcapacity and therefore overheat the contents mainly around the outside of the drum I stated to her that we would recommend using two dryers for every washer of that size They used six dryers for eight washers which is roughly 1/the recommended amount of dryers [redacted] also told me they used the whites and colors heat setting This is the hottest setting and is typically not recommended for jackets and blankets Most often the low or delicate setting is recommended These are the items she said were damaged I also mentioned to [redacted] that the repair technician was in the following Tuesday (two days later) He said the dryers were in good working condition No other customers had problems with the dryers that day or since that day.We have and attendant on duty everyday to answer questions and give assistance from 8:00a.m.-9:00p.m

After speaking with [redacted] I felt I had a good idea on the condition of the laundry.  If they would still like to bring in the laundry to show me the results I would be happy to make arrangements to do so.  Please call the store number on Monday or Friday between 8-2:30.  I am in most days at various times but typically those hours on Mondays and Fridays.
