Wash Rite Super Laundry, Inc.

This is a self service facility. Signage is clear that customers must check machines prior to using them, to ensure the previous customer didn't leave behind any items, or left the machines in a dirty condition. We clean, thoroughly, our machines daily, however we cannot clean them after each usage....

We are unable to verify the condition of a customers items at the time they use our machines. Had I known of this particular incident prior to this complaint, I certainly would have offered to allow the customer to rewash her items at no cost to her.
